Mission

We are embarking on a mission to share the beauty of Latin-American music, its rich heritage, and valuable culture in the United States through our immersive and educational concerts, a unique experience that we believe the audience would greatly benefit from.

At Q'iru Duet & Friends, we specialize in delivering the fascinating sounds of Latin American music from a wide range of regions, infusing sweet melodies and vibrant rhythms, including the passionate Tangos of Argentina, the lively Choros of Brazil, the soulful Tonadas of Chile, the rhythmic Cumbias of Colombia, and many more captivating genres from Latin America.

Our performance presents two magical sets, each lasting 45 minutes, where we provide valuable insights by projecting videos and pictures about the region, introducing each song with its historical context, and offering a didactic explanation of our unique musical approach. This ensures that our music and experience resonate deeply with the audience and leave them with exciting memories.

Our duet has grown into a quartet, featuring the Clarinet, Guitar, Double-bass, and Latin American Percussion, allowing us to create a harmonious blend of sounds that captivate the senses.
